OPG Legović

OPG Legović ( called Bokić ) is a traditional family farm whose main business is agriculture. It is situated in village Magrini next to Nova Vas, cca 7 km from Poreč. Members of family Legović are trying with their work to preserve traditional customs.

We grow olives, grapes, cereals ( barley, oats, wheat, triticale ) and vegetables. We produce extra virgin olive oil, red and white wine. We grow olives on traditionaly way and we produce oil cold - pressed. In our olives there are few olive sorts: Leccino, Pendolino and Istarska Bjelica.
Apart from that we breed sheep, lamb and pigs feeding them with natural nutrition. We produce quality lamb meat, traditional Istrian prosciutto, home made sausages, pork loin, bacon and lard ( pig fat ).
In our offer we have animal solid manure that is excellent for growing new plantations, but also for manuring existing olives, grapes, friut and vegetables.
