Medljikovac ili šumski med pčele sakupljaju na crnogoričnim stablima, pretežito na hrastu. Tu pčele sakupljaju mednu rosu koju ispuštaju lisne uši. Ovo je jedina vrsta meda koja se ne proizvodi od cvjetnog nektara. Ovaj med je hranjiviji, bogatiji mineralima i aminokiselinama.
